Registered Society · Est. 2023 · Working across India
Established in 2023, AAKAAR Society is a non-profit organization committed to shaping lives and transforming communities through impactful initiatives. Registered as a Society (Registration No. 02466), our mission is to create sustainable change in the areas of education, women empowerment, health, and the environment.
With a vision of "shaping the world around us to make it a better place," AAKAAR works towards providing opportunities, resources, and support to marginalized communities. We believe that small, consistent efforts can lead to long-lasting change — improving lives and the environment we live in.
To empower individuals and communities by providing education, promoting health and well-being, uplifting women, and preserving the environment for a sustainable future.
To create a world where everyone, regardless of their background, has access to opportunities that allow them to lead fulfilling and dignified lives.
AAKAAR participated in the National Conference and Exhibition on Corporate Social Responsibility (NCCSR 2026) — "Re-envisioning the Spirit of CSR for Viksit Bharat: From Compliance to Commitment" — organised by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, on 6–7 October 2026 at The Ashok, New Delhi.
The two-day programme deepened our work on responsible business, strengthened CSR partnerships, and connected us with leaders from government, public sector enterprises, and the development community.

As part of our commitment to women's health, awareness, and community well-being, AAKAAR organized a special Mother's Day workshop focused on postpartum care and maternal health — covering physical recovery, emotional well-being, nutrition, mental health, and holistic care during and after pregnancy.
Workshops that equip women and young girls with practical techniques to protect themselves — emphasizing both physical defense skills and mental preparedness, and building confidence, awareness, and resilience.

We aim to plant thousands of trees across urban and rural areas to restore greenery, improve air quality, and combat climate change. Through community participation, we encourage people to take responsibility for a greener planet — with multiple drives already conducted on the ground.

Regular computer literacy sessions give students from underserved backgrounds basic to intermediate computer skills for the digital economy. Through structured training, mock interviews, and employer interactions, we help them become job-ready — several have already joined placement drives we facilitated.
In alignment with our vision of women empowerment, we recognize and honor women who have shown extraordinary dedication during times of need.
Our classrooms support both boys and girls so no child is left behind — built around inclusivity, engagement, and creativity for holistic development.
AAKAAR partners with organisations to build safe, respectful workplaces under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013 — the POSH Act. We help companies move beyond paperwork to a genuine culture of dignity and safety.
Our team supports organisations across their full POSH obligation: setting up and training Internal Committees, running employee awareness sessions, and guiding compliance so every workplace meets both the letter and the spirit of the law.
Setting up Internal Committees (ICC) as mandated, and training members on their duties, inquiry procedure, and the principles of natural justice.
Interactive employee and manager sessions that explain rights, responsibilities, reporting channels, and what a respectful workplace looks like in practice.
Guidance on policy drafting, annual reporting, and ongoing obligations so organisations stay compliant and audit-ready year-round.
Drafting POSH policies, display material, and the annual returns organisations must file — keeping records complete and audit-ready.
Client identities and engagement details are kept strictly confidential and are never disclosed on this site. Organisations seeking POSH support can reach us directly through the contact form below.
